We are committed to providing outstanding service in the most convenient, secure, seamless manner possible.   

Step 1 Site Visit - A walk-through of your home, business, off-site storage, or any other location to be inventoried will be scheduled with you to discuss your specific goals and determine the scope of work. An estimate will be provided after the site visit.

Step 2 Documentation at site location - Your property will be digitally photographed, capturing important details such as brand, quality, and serial numbers that will help establish the value of your property. Written descriptions are recorded, along with any additional information you may want to provide, such as historical, purchasing, or appraisal information.



Step 4 Draft report - 
A preliminary report is created and sent to you for review and feedback, including notations, corrections, or additions.   It is then returned back to us for final revisions.

Step 3 Inventory Production- 
Each item is 
entered into the inventory database, combining 
detailed descriptions with digital photos to 
create a consolidated document.






Step 5 Final Inventory Portfolio - You will receive your professional portfolio which contains two copies of your final inventory on USB drives, an independent certification statement, sample reports, and sample photos. Each USB drive contains four different inventory report formats - by location, by category, by item, and by photo index, along with a file of all raw photos.
